該系列工件預熱保溫爐外框架均采用型鋼和鋼板制造。爐內(nèi)膽材質(zhì)均為耐熱不銹鋼板制造（特殊要求采用鑄鋁內(nèi)膽），外覆板與爐膽之間填優(yōu)質(zhì)硅酸鋁棉隔熱保溫，箱式和臥式爐根據(jù)要求配有熱風循環(huán)風機，通過風機將電熱管產(chǎn)生的熱量均勻吹送到爐膛內(nèi)的被加熱工件上對工件進行加熱，使爐膛內(nèi)形成一個溫度均勻的熱循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。 特殊要求可代為設計制造。 系列工件預熱保溫爐廣泛適用于滌綸、錦綸、丙綸等化纖行業(yè)的各種紡絲工件、過濾器及熱熔性塑料擠出成型設備上的模頭、機件的預熱保溫，也適用于科研單位和實驗室的干燥、烘焙、熱處理之用。該設備具有升溫速度快、溫度均勻性好，控溫精度高，操作方便等優(yōu)點。
The stove is widely used for the warm-up and heat-presevation of spinneret, filter, die head and work of the plastic extrusion machine. It also adapted to the laboratory drying, baking and heat treatment. The stove has many outstanding featuree: instant warm-up, precise temperature control, convenient operation etc. The outline border is made of profiled bar and armor plate, and the inside is made of refractory armor plate(casting aluminium for sepical demand). High quality silicic acid aluminium cotton has been filled between the outer shell and workroom for heat preservation. The box-style stove and horizontal stove have a hot-air circle fan.
